Anyway, I decided to start doing a "book giveaway" on my blog as do many of my friends who write blogs. (That was a weird and awkward sentence...I apologize - I haven't written in a while. My brain is rusty). Whenever I finish a book, I'm never quite sure what to do with it. So, I'm going to begin giving them away.
This week, I'll start with something fun.
Do you like Ted Dekker? I do. A few years ago, he teamed up with Erin Healy and together they wrote Kiss. I loved it. (Then again, Ted Dekker could blow his nose on a napkin and I'd probably buy it.)
Here's an excerpt from the dust jacket:
"Let me tell you all I know for sure. My name.
I woke up in a hospital bed missing six months of my memory....
I believe the medicine is doing strange things to my memory. I'm unsure who I can trust and who I should run from. And I'm starting to remember things I've never known. Things not about me. I think I'm going crazy.
And even worse, I think they want to kill me.
But who? And for what? Is dying for the truth really better than living with a lie?"
Intrigued? Then leave me a comment on my blog (not on Facebook) by Friday, February 12 and I'll enter your name in a random drawing. If you win, I'll contact you via e-mail for your mailing address and send you my copy of the book (hope you don't mind my name written on the inside cover in black Sharpie.)
I hope you like it as much as I did!
Next week's Book Giveaway: Fearless by Max Lucado.
