Karisism: A phrase, word, name, place, quotation that my youngest daughter says incorrectly in the same manner as her father.
My oldest daughter's teacher's name is Mrs. McHaney. The eight year old girl who lives across the street's name is McKenzie.
Without fail, Karis calls the neighbor girl Mrs. McHaney.
And each time she does this, I feel the need to attempt to explain to poor McKenzie that Karis mixes things up with frequency and that Kayla's teacher's name is Mrs. McHaney. And without fail, the girl just stares at me like I'm an idiot as my voice trails off and I mumble, "Oh...nevermind."
