Baked Spinach Artichoke Dip







  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, drained, coarsely chopped
  • 1 box frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 bag blue corn chips
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix mayonnaise, parmesan cheese and garlic. Stir in artichokes and spinach.

Spoon mixture into casserole dish and sprinkle with mozzarella. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with chips.
